About the role
3M is seeking an Area Portfolio Marketer to drive growth across the region by aligning product portfolios with customer needs and delivering successful market programs.
Key responsibilities
- Implement portfolio and program initiatives to meet customer demands and achieve sales targets.
- Lead localized new product introduction (NPI) from concept through launch.
- Design and execute marketing programs and demand‑generation campaigns, monitoring performance and results.
- Provide regional feedback to global teams such as the Global Portfolio Leader and R&D.
- Define and apply pricing strategies per region based on global guidelines and value propositions.
- Develop product positioning and go‑to‑market strategies in collaboration with market centers and activation teams.
- Conduct competitive intelligence and create programs to gain market share.
- Engage customers for insights and validate market plans.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Required profile
- Demonstrated experience in portfolio management, product launch, and marketing program execution.
- Ability to work cross‑functionally with global and regional teams.
- Strong analytical mindset for pricing, competitive analysis, and demand generation.
