职位概况
负责技术研发项目的市场化、产品规划及创新推动，支持广州及亚太地区的工程塑料业务发展。
主要职责
- 推动项目商业化，跟踪竞争技术并进行样品测试。
- 与关键客户及战略账户合作，识别材料需求并推动研发。
- 制定并执行细分市场（消费电子、新能源、汽车）策略。
- 负责技术项目管理，确保进度和资源匹配。
- 组织创新活动，向客户推广新产品和解决方案。
任职要求
- 本科或硕士学历，材料、化学、聚合物或相关专业。
- 5-8年工程塑料行业经验，具备销售或市场/应用开发背景。
- 具备发现机会、制定并实施策略的能力，拥有良好客户关系管理经验。
- 有成功的商业策略执行案例，了解汽车行业材料应用者优先。
