Transport & Trade Procurement Expert (APAC)

About the role

H&M Group is seeking a Transport & Trade Procurement Expert to lead end‑to‑end sourcing across the APAC region. You will be responsible for shaping sustainable logistics solutions, negotiating contracts, and ensuring compliance while supporting the company’s fast‑moving fashion supply chain.

Key responsibilities

• Define procurement requirements and develop sourcing strategies aligned with cost, category and sustainability targets.
• Evaluate and select suppliers, conduct negotiations and finalize contracts for transport and trade services.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders to influence decisions and present sourcing recommendations.
• Maintain governance, ethical standards and regulatory compliance throughout the procurement process.
• Perform market analysis, benchmarking and supplier performance management.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational excellence and reduce environmental impact.

Required profile

• Strong experience in logistics procurement and complex negotiations.
• Deep understanding of transport sourcing, supplier management and compliance standards.
• Ability to work across teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Solid analytical and financial skills with a focus on value creation.
• Experience in multi‑market or APAC sourcing environments.
• Structured yet flexible approach with a drive for continuous improvement.
