About the role
Amazon is looking for a Seller Ops Specialist to join its Global Logistics team in China. The specialist will act as a control tower for end‑to‑end international export operations, ensuring processes are standardized, efficient and compliant.
Key responsibilities
- Manage ocean export operations with logistics service providers (LSPs) and carriers.
- Ensure compliance with Chinese import and export regulations.
- Handle daily export‑related issues and coordinate resolutions.
- Collaborate with internal partners on accounts receivable, accounts payable, system testing and new service launches.
Required profile
- High school diploma or equivalent; university degree preferred.
- 3‑5 years of experience in international forwarding or logistics.
- Fluent written and spoken English and Chinese.
- Strong sense of responsibility, attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
