SAP Consultant / Senior Consultant – China (Shanghai/Beijing/Shenzhen)

About the role

The position supports SAP enterprise solution projects by gathering, consolidating, preparing and analysing data to provide preliminary insights. You will apply SAP functional knowledge to build business cases and align solutions with client strategies across Shanghai, Beijing or Shenzhen.

Key responsibilities

• Gather, consolidate, prepare and analyse data to conduct basic analysis on SAP enterprise solutions and deliver preliminary insights.
• Apply specific SAP and functional knowledge to execute standard solution approaches.
• Build solid business cases for revamping the SAP ecosystem in line with client strategic drivers.
• Align SAP enterprise solutions with client business and technical needs, tailoring action plans using proven methodologies.
• Collaborate with team members to produce high‑quality work products and ensure a superior client experience.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• 2–8 years of experience working with SAP.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a commitment to quality client service.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Chinese; Japanese may be required for some projects.
• Proven track record in business development is an advantage.
