Radio Verification Engineer – New Graduate

About the role

Ericsson is seeking a motivated new‑graduate Radio Verification Engineer to join its radio product development team. You will support the verification of Massive MIMO, remote radio and 5G NR solutions, working in a Lean and Agile environment with cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Drive radio performance verification activities across key platforms.
• Perform RF and radio performance testing for Massive MIMO, remote radio and 5G NR products.
• Develop, set up and maintain test environments and verification tools.
• Plan, execute and follow up verification tasks with focus on quality and timely delivery.
• Conduct passive and active antenna OTA verification, including measurement setup, execution and result validation.
• Analyze test results, troubleshoot issues and collaborate with stakeholders for problem resolution.

Required profile

• Master’s degree or higher in Telecommunications, Electronics, Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Strong RF knowledge and hands‑on experience with RF performance measurement.
• Good understanding of wireless technologies such as MIMO, beamforming, GSM/GPRS/EDGE, UMTS, LTE and NR.
• Excellent command of spoken and written English.
• Quality‑mindset, accountability and a focus on continuous improvement.
