职位概况
负责Four Seasons Hotel Tianjin全日餐厅的整体运营管理，确保按照酒店服务流程和核心标准为客人提供完整且满意的用餐体验。
主要职责
- 组织餐厅日常运营，完成所有mise‑en‑place及布置工作。
- 处理客人投诉并及时解决，维护客人满意度。
- 维护与固定客户的良好关系，提升回头率。
- 管理餐厅使用的设备、音像及其他工具，确保正常运转。
- 在部门需要时支援其他部门的运营工作，促进餐饮部协同发展。
- 协助餐饮部副总监完成日常运营事务。
任职要求
- 具备餐厅运营管理的系统知识，能够独立组织日常工作。
- 熟悉酒店或高端餐饮服务流程及标准。
- 具备处理客诉和维护客户关系的经验。
- 能够协调部门间工作，具备团队合作意识。
