Operator – HP

About the role

We are looking for an Operator – HP to join Emerson’s production team. The role involves hands‑on work assembling, testing and packaging mechanical products in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assemble, test and package mechanical products according to specifications.
• Perform regular equipment inspections and ensure proper functioning.
• Implement on‑site 5S standards to maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Prepare and complete production support documentation.
• Carry out additional tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Required profile

• Junior high school education or higher with basic English proficiency.
• At least 2 years of experience in an electronics or mechanical manufacturing setting.
• Detail‑oriented with strong quality awareness and good learning ability.

Required skills

• Assembly of mechanical components.
• Testing and packaging of finished products.
• Equipment inspection.
• 5S implementation.
• Basic computer operation.
