职位概况
负责统筹对接工厂物业安保团队，管理厂区日常安全巡查、监控及出入管理，确保园区环境安全有序，处理突发事件，维护生产秩序。
主要职责
- 统筹对接第三方物业安保团队，管理厂区日常安全巡查及监控。
- 应急处理厂区突发事件，维护园区生产秩序。
- 负责厂区出入管理、访客登记及车辆管控。
- 协助优化厂区安全管理体系及流程。
任职要求
- 能胜任值班/轮班工作（有值班补贴）。
- 统招本科及以上学历优先，有制造业园区安保/物业对接管理经验优先。
- 具备较强的安全意识、服务意识和团队协作精神。
- 具备较强的沟通协调及人员管理能力，擅长应对突发状况。
