职位概况
负责外资企业园区的安全管理与协调工作，统筹第三方安保团队，确保厂区环境安全有序。
主要职责
- 对接并管理厂区物业安保团队，组织日常安全巡查与监控。
- 处理厂区突发事件，维护生产秩序。
- 负责出入管理、访客登记及车辆管控。
- 协助优化安全管理体系和相关流程。
任职要求
- 能够接受值班或轮班工作并享受值班补贴。
- 统招本科及以上学历优先。
- 具备制造业园区安保或物业对接管理经验者优先。
- 具备较强的安全意识、服务意识和团队协作精神。
- 良好的沟通协调及人员管理能力，能应对突发状况。
必备技能
- 安全管理与风险防控意识。
- 访客及车辆管理流程经验。
