Marketing Manager – Cross‑Borders Advertising (Amazon Ads)

About the role

Amazon Advertising’s Cross‑Borders Marketing team is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead content creation for China‑based sellers advertising on global marketplaces. The role combines hands‑on development of high‑quality marketing assets with building AI‑powered workflows that scale the team’s output.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end creation of marketing content for CN‑to‑International sellers, including campaign narratives, social posts, solution guides and creative assets on Chinese‑language channels such as WeChat and Douyin.
• Leverage generative AI tools for copy, image, video and data visualisation to increase production throughput while maintaining quality.
• Develop and maintain AI‑driven playbooks, templates and workflows to enable teammates to adopt AI tools efficiently.
• Translate complex advertising products and marketplace insights into clear, actionable seller‑facing solutions that drive adoption and performance.
• Collaborate with product marketing, sales, insights and partner teams to identify content opportunities aligned with seller needs.
• Track content performance metrics (engagement, attributed actions) and iterate based on data‑driven insights.
• Stay up‑to‑date on AI content creation tools, prompt‑engineering best practices and emerging formats.

Required profile

• Proven experience in e‑commerce, digital advertising or cross‑border seller marketing.
• Demonstrated ability to craft compelling narratives that simplify complex products for sellers.
• Track record of building scalable content systems or templates that improve team productivity.
• Strong visual storytelling and creative design sense.

Required skills
