About the role

Amazon Advertising’s Cross Borders Marketing team is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead content creation for China‑based sellers advertising on global marketplaces. You will produce high‑impact marketing assets in Chinese‑language channels and build AI‑driven workflows that scale the team’s output.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end creation of marketing content for CN‑to‑International sellers, including campaign narratives, social posts, solution guides, and creative assets on WeChat, Douyin and syndicated channels.
• Leverage generative AI tools for copy, image, video, and data visualization to increase production throughput while maintaining quality.
• Develop and maintain AI‑powered playbooks, templates, and workflows that enable teammates to adopt AI tools efficiently.
• Translate complex advertising products and marketplace insights into clear, actionable seller‑facing content that drives adoption.
• Collaborate with product marketing, sales, insights, and partner teams to identify content opportunities aligned with seller needs.
• Track content performance metrics (engagement, attributed actions) and iterate based on data‑driven insights.
• Stay current on AI content creation tools, prompt‑engineering best practices, and emerging content formats.

Required profile

• Experience in e‑commerce, digital advertising, or cross‑border seller marketing.
• Proven ability to craft compelling narratives that simplify complex products.
• Track record of building scalable content systems or templates that improve team productivity.
• Strong visual storytelling and creative design sense.
