About the role
The Manufacturing Quality (MFQ) Manager will own end‑to‑end quality for ECU assembly and functional testing at Bosch's Suzhou site. You will champion a zero‑defect culture, drive digital quality transformation and ensure industry‑leading low PPM in the field.
Key responsibilities
- Own end‑to‑end quality for ECU assembly and functional testing.
- Drive zero‑defect culture and digital quality transformation.
- Manage multiple value streams for automotive and EMS customers.
- Develop organizational efficiency and people capabilities.
- Implement 14Q principles and promote zero‑defect mindset.
- Apply DFMEA, PFMEA, CP, MSA, SPC, POKAYOKE to improve process capability.
- Monitor quality in real time using EWS, failure analysis, batch release, delivery block.
- Lead root‑cause analysis, first‑pass yield improvement, and reduce scrap and customer claims.
- Foster systematic problem‑solving across the organization.
- Conduct quality system audits and process confirmations.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Automation or a related field.
- More than 5 years of experience in quality assurance.
- Proficiency in IATF16949 and VDA 6.3 standards.
- Skilled in PFMEA and 8D problem‑solving methodology.
- Workable English language skills.
