Full Stack Developer (Microservices) – AI‑Enhanced Development

About the role

We are looking for a Full Stack Developer specialized in micro‑services to join our Beijing team. The role focuses on building secure, high‑performance applications while leveraging generative AI tools to improve code quality, testing and documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain micro‑service based applications with a strong emphasis on security, performance and observability.
• Apply AI‑generated code responsibly, following SOPs for AI ethics and responsible development.
• Implement modern DevOps practices such as TDD, SAST, container scanning, automated and AI‑augmented regression testing.
• Design scalable solutions that meet both functional and non‑functional requirements, using AI tools for performance tuning and internationalization.
• Collaborate with developers, designers and architects to ensure configurations meet performance goals.
• Execute Agile processes, using AI‑driven insights to detect potential errors and inefficiencies early.
• Identify, track and resolve delivery risks and technical issues, including L2 troubleshooting.
• Maintain comprehensive, AI‑generated technical documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in full‑stack development.
• Strong ability to understand customer processes and communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Demonstrated expertise in leveraging generative AI throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Up‑to‑date knowledge of emerging GenAI technologies and trends.
