Full-Stack Data Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Full‑Stack Data Engineer to design, build and maintain end‑to‑end data solutions that power analytics and automation across the business. The role combines deep expertise in data engineering with emerging AI technologies to deliver scalable, high‑quality data products.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and optimise scalable ETL/ELT pipelines using Databricks, SQL, Python and Spark.
• Build and maintain robust data models and data products that support analytics, automation and decision‑making.
• Ensure data quality, reliability and maintainability through monitoring, testing, documentation and CI/CD best practices.
• Collaborate with Data Product Owners and business stakeholders to translate requirements into production‑ready solutions.
• Design, develop and deploy AI agents and agentic workflows to automate business and engineering processes.
• Leverage AI‑assisted development tools to accelerate coding, testing, troubleshooting and optimisation.
• Evaluate and adopt emerging AI and data technologies to improve productivity and data accessibility.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Information Technology or a related field.
• Strong experience in ETL/ELT development, data modelling and data‑quality management.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python with hands‑on experience in Databricks and Spark.
• Experience building AI agents, LLM‑based applications, workflow automation or agentic systems.
• Familiarity with modern AI development frameworks, APIs and AI‑assisted engineering tools.
• Excellent problem‑solving, communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
