Finance Transformation Consultant – Shanghai/Beijing/Shenzhen

About the role

Deloitte China is seeking a Consultant or Senior Consultant to join its Finance & Performance team. You will work with finance executives across Shanghai, Beijing and Shenzhen to design, implement and deliver solutions that modernise finance processes, operations and technology.

Key responsibilities

• Manage your work against project plans to ensure a superior client experience.
• Understand client businesses, monitor sector trends and apply leading practices.
• Diagnose problems, conduct analysis and develop data‑driven recommendations.
• Gather and interpret financial information to strengthen proposals.
• Present clear, concise ideas supported by appropriate data and tools.
• Collaborate with colleagues and clients from diverse backgrounds.
• Support CFOs in finance business partnering, FP&A, performance management, costing, profitability and statistical forecasting.
• Assist with M&A activities throughout the lifecycle.
