ECF Injection Molding Design Engineer

About the role

We are looking for an ECF Injection Molding Design Engineer to develop mechanical concepts and support product development for Bosch in Changsha.

Key responsibilities

• Develop mechanical concepts according to customer requirements and internal design guidelines.
• Apply product engineering methods such as DRBFM and DFMEA during development.
• Improve designs based on simulation results and ensure they match real applications.
• Generate drawings, component specifications and release BOM on time.
• Perform risk assessments for product and process deviations.
• Collaborate with suppliers, purchasing and internal teams to approve and release purchased parts.

Required profile

• Bachelor or Master degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of experience, preferably with plastic tooling design.
• Strong communication skills in English and Chinese.
• Responsible and team‑oriented mindset.

Required skills

• Proficiency in 3D modeling and 2D drawing creation, especially using UG.
• Knowledge of plastic parts molding processes and injection tool design.
• Familiarity with engineering problem‑solving methods such as 8D and PS.
