Concierge Supervisor

About the role

The Concierge Supervisor leads the Concierge team at Mandarin Oriental, Shenzhen, ensuring every guest receives personalized, high‑end service. Reporting to the Assistant Chief Concierge, you will oversee daily operations, transportation services, and VIP guest experiences within a luxury hotel environment.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise the Concierge team and coordinate all transportation services, including limousines, shuttle buses, and taxis.
• Provide guests with up‑to‑date, accurate local information and recommendations.
• Arrange safe and comfortable travel options for guests as needed.
• Coordinate VIP arrivals and departures with relevant departments, ensuring all details are prepared in advance.
• Build and maintain relationships with nearby hotels, restaurants, and recreation centers to enhance guest services.
• Handle guest complaints promptly using the hotel’s pacification procedures to achieve satisfaction.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar concierge or guest‑services role.
• Fluent in written and spoken Mandarin and English.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Strong commitment to delivering exceptional guest service.
