Audit Associate/Senior – Qingdao

About the role

Deloitte China is seeking an Audit Associate or Senior to join its Qingdao office. You will work with a diverse portfolio of multinational and listed companies, applying Deloitte's risk‑based audit methodology to deliver high‑quality assurance services.

Key responsibilities

• Take overall responsibility for small to medium audit engagements, from planning to completion.
• Perform audit procedures, assess risks, and provide insights on internal controls.
• Build trust with clients while maintaining independence and professional skepticism.
• Utilise Deloitte’s Engagement Management System and audit tools to enhance efficiency.
• Contribute to risk assessment discussions and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any discipline, preferably accounting or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of audit experience in a CPA firm, preferably a Big 4.
• Professional certification such as CICPA, HKICPA, or other CPA designation is desirable.
• Accreditation as a Green & Sustainable Finance (GSF) professional is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP, IFRS, and HK GAAP, with IPO experience in the US, Hong Kong or Singapore.
