Job description
职位概况
负责智能驾驶域控制器/核心控制器功能软件的全流程测试，制定测试策略与方案，确保软件质量符合项目要求。
主要职责
- 编制各阶段测试计划，制定测试策略、方案，明确测试边界与准入准出标准。
- 主导功能软件测试全流程，跟进进度，闭环缺陷，推动根因分析与整改。
- 组织测试问题评审会议，落实决议，确保问题高效闭环。
- 完成测试复盘，输出专业测试报告，汇报进度、质量及风险。
- 搭建并优化测试流程与规范，提高测试效率与质量。
- 配合开发团队进行集成与验证测试，保障软件功能、性能与稳定性。
任职要求
- 本科及以上，汽车电子、软件工程、机电一体化或自动化等相关专业。
- 3年以上汽车智能驾驶控制器/ECU底层软件测试经验。
- 熟悉ACC、AEB、LSS等智能驾驶功能原理，了解基于SOC的系统架构优先。
- 具备功能安全意识。
必备技能
- 精通测试理论、标准流程及用例设计方法。
- 熟练使用Python、CAPL进行自动化脚本开发。
- 熟悉Vector工具链，能够独立编写和执行自动化测试脚本。
- 具备硬件在环测试台架的搭建、调试与维护能力。
