职位概况
亚马逊大连分部招聘日语客服代表，负责通过电话、在线聊天和邮件为客户提供订单、产品、付款等全方位支持。
主要职责
- 通过电话、在线聊天或邮件解答客户关于订单、产品、付款及网站使用的疑问。
- 及时响应并处理客户投诉和意见。
- 在系统中准确记录客户问题及处理情况。
- 根据排班需求，轮班工作，包括早班、晚班、通宵及周末。
任职要求
- 具备在中国的合法工作许可。
- 日语水平达到N1或同等水平，具备书面和口头沟通能力。
- 大专及以上学历（应届毕业生亦可）。
- 熟练使用电脑，有基本办公软件操作经验。
- 能够接受轮班及夜班工作。
必备技能
- 日语（N1）
- 电脑操作
