About the role
The Youth Care Worker will join a team of dedicated professionals to deliver services that help youth and their families discover a path toward independence. The role requires high energy, strong motivation, a willingness to learn, and a genuine desire to make a positive impact.
Key responsibilities
- Provide direct support and guidance to youth and families.
- Collaborate with other professionals to coordinate care plans.
- Maintain flexible scheduling to meet client needs.
- Communicate effectively in both written and oral formats.
Required profile
- High school diploma (minimum).
- Experience working with youth and/or families.
- College degree preferred.
- Energetic, highly motivated, and eager to learn.
- Strong desire to make a difference.
