职位概况
负责核心智驾系统的定义、规范设计及功能实现，涵盖L2级自动驾驶及高级辅助驾驶功能。
主要职责
- 定义L2级行车自动驾驶系统及NOA功能需求，编写技术规范。
- 开发主动安全系统（AEB、AEX），完成系统匹配设计与落地。
- 负责记忆泊车/代客泊车AVP功能的需求、用例、HMI交互及执行器需求。
- 进行法规合规分析，制定系统失效验证机制。
- 与架构团队协作，完成感知模块拆解、接口定义与方案确认。
- 梳理系统降级链路，排查异常并推动技术瓶颈解决。
任职要求
- 本科及以上学历，计算机、车辆工程、电子工程、自动化、机器人等相关专业。
- 3年以上自动驾驶、ADAS或AD系统开发、量产交付经验，有主机厂或Tier1经验优先。
- 具备系统需求定义、架构分解、接口设计能力。
必备技能
- 熟悉L2自动驾驶功能（ACC、LCC、LKA、ELKA、TSI、TLA、NOA）。
- 熟练掌握主动安全功能（AEB、AEX）误触发分析与优化。
- 具备HMI功能定义及车载服务开发经验。
- 掌握传感器标定、整车通讯与诊断协议。
