职位概况
加入博世集团，参与自动驾驶感知算法研发，致力于通过创新的深度学习技术提升车辆对环境的实时感知能力。该岗位位于上海，负责端到端目标检测与跟踪模型的研发与落地。
主要职责
- 研发自动驾驶端到端目标检测和跟踪模型（纯视觉/中融合），实现工程化落地。
- 探索新型深度学习方法，提升实时感知模型的能力上限。
- 进行车端机器学习模型的性能评估、耗时优化及硬件友好部署。
- 通过模型优化和数据驱动方式，解决实车测试过程中的问题。
任职要求
- 计算机、机器人、统计、自动化等相关专业，硕士及以上学历。
- 具备端到端模型经验，拥有BEV模块算法研发或量产中BEV问题解决经验者优先。
- 在计算机视觉或机器学习方向有顶会论文者优先。
- 熟练使用深度学习框架，如Tensorflow或Pytorch。
