Warehouse Keeper / Forklift Operator

About the role

The Warehouse Keeper is responsible for safe and efficient handling of material within the warehouse and workshop areas. Working under supervision, you will operate lifting equipment, load and unload trucks, and ensure compliance with safety, quality and environmental standards.

Key responsibilities

• Perform daily checks of lifting equipment such as overhead cranes, jib cranes, forklifts and slings.
• Load, unload and manually handle equipment and materials from trucks.
• Fold, move and store equipment in designated areas.
• Install and replace removable load‑grip devices and mechanisms.
• Pre‑order fuel, lubricants and spare parts as required.
• Maintain compliance with Weatherford’s safety, quality and environmental policies.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Observe financial responsibility for expenses and budgets.

Required profile

• Valid trade certification for forklift operation.
• Ability to work under supervision and follow detailed instructions.
• Understanding of safety rules, corporate policies and HSE standards.
• Physical capability to perform manual handling tasks.
