Warehouse Clerk

About the role

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Warehouse Clerk to support its supply chain and distribution operations. The role focuses on managing warehouse processes, ensuring efficient product flow, and supporting forecasting activities.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate technical project plans and delegate key assignments for customer‑specific warehouse and distribution requirements.
• Inspect and monitor delivery scheduling and warehouse database flow to guarantee smooth product processing.
• Load and maintain pick‑and‑pull procedures (wave, batch, and zone picking) in the department database to optimise outbound movement.
• Apply technical expertise to product forecasting by analysing customer product history and recommending ordering processes.
• Act as a subject‑matter expert on warehousing and distribution solutions, proposing continuous‑improvement ideas tailored to customer supply‑chain needs.
• Monitor product availability continuously and review key performance measures to meet core targets.
• Demonstrate Johnson & Johnson’s Leadership Imperatives and Credo in daily activities.

Required profile

• Experience in warehouse and distribution operations.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems and data‑driven analysis.
• Ability to work collaboratively across departments and communicate technical plans.

Required skills

• Warehouse Management System (WMS) usage.
• Data analysis for product forecasting.
• Knowledge of wave, batch, and zone picking methods.
