职位概况
负责公司品牌视觉识别系统（VIS）的设计与优化，结合用户、品牌、产品三大维度洞察，打造符合欧美年轻用户审美的视觉作品。
主要职责
- 分析品牌调性，形成用户洞察，持续改进品牌VIS设计。
- 对接并监督设计供应商，确保素材按时、保质交付。
- 根据品牌VIS和营销需求，制作社交平台、电商、线下渠道等多渠道素材。
任职要求
- 本科及以上学历，设计类专业（留学经历加分）。
- 熟悉欧美消费品牌的视觉风格，了解年轻用户审美。
- 具备自我驱动力和强执行力，能够独立完成任务。
必备技能
- 熟练使用 Photoshop、Premiere、Illustrator、After Effects。
- 会使用 InDesign、Cinema 4D、Keyshot 更佳。
- 具备渲染及包装设计（外箱、彩盒、纸质、刀模）能力。
