Vacation Consultant

About the role

The Vacation Consultant will represent Minor Vacation Club, delivering engaging presentations to prospective Points Owners and guiding them through the benefits of flexible vacation ownership. This role focuses on building lasting relationships, understanding guest needs, and matching them with the appropriate ownership tier.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets in a professional and honest manner.
• Deliver accurate and up‑to‑date Club presentations, participating actively in trainings.
• Prepare for daily appointments and follow AVC best practices during guest interactions.
• Build rapport, discover guest needs through strategic questioning, and customize presentations accordingly.
• Explain features, advantages, and benefits of Club Points Ownership and suggest suitable ownership tiers.
• Maintain a working understanding of financing options and answer ownership‑related questions clearly.
• Treat all guests with respect and courtesy to ensure high satisfaction.
• Represent the company ethically and support marketing strategies.
• Set and review performance goals regularly and adhere to quality‑assurance procedures.
• Collaborate with colleagues to uphold a “one team” ethos and mentor junior consultants as needed.
