Treasury Expert – APAC Region

About the role

As a Treasury Expert for the APAC region, you will be the key resource ensuring effective cash and risk management for Bosch's TRINITY entities across Asia‑Pacific. You will work closely with regional business units and the global treasury team to secure financing, optimise liquidity and maintain compliance with corporate policies and local regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage regional cash flow and liquidity to guarantee sufficient funding for APAC entities.
• Oversee financial risk management, including currency and interest‑rate exposure, in line with global policies.
• Coordinate financing solutions such as intercompany loans and external funding for regional entities.
• Monitor and optimise cash‑pooling and banking structures to improve efficiency.
• Ensure adherence to corporate treasury policies and local regulatory requirements.
• Act as liaison between regional entities and global treasury teams to align strategy and processes.
• Provide guidance to operational units on cash management and financial risk matters.

Required profile

• Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in treasury or finance, preferably in an international or regional role.
• Strong expertise in cash‑flow management, liquidity planning and financial risk mitigation.
• Proven experience with financing solutions, including intercompany loans and external funding strategies.
• Solid understanding of regional banking structures, cash pooling and local regulatory compliance.
