主要职责
- 主导传动制造系统的工业化活动。
- 协调工艺开发和机器开发工作。
- 制定制造需求和产线概念。
- 从概念到量产管理设备实现。
- 支持供应商选择与设备采购。
- 推动工艺准备和制造卓越。
任职要求
- 机械工程、传动工程或相关专业本科以上学历。
- 8年以上齿轮箱/传动制造经验。
- 熟悉齿轮加工、装配和测试工艺。
- 具备项目管理和工业化经验。
- 了解自动化装配系统。
- 流利的英文沟通能力。
