职位概况
负责工厂设备的日常故障处理与维护，确保生产批次良率和产能（UPH），并执行现场5S管理。
主要职责
- 处理每台设备的故障并进行维修。
- 关注批次良率和UPH，进行TPM保养。
- 维护工作区域的5S，保持整洁通道畅通。
- 完成主管交代的其他任务。
任职要求
- 遵照作业指导书（WI）开展日常工作。
- 按时执行领班安排，保持工作无懈怠。
- 每日进行设备点检和维护，遵守公司规章制度。
- 发现问题及时上报，提出合理化改进建议。
必备技能
- 设备故障诊断与维修。
- TPM（全面生产维护）实践经验。
- 5S现场管理。
