Technical Auditor – Global Rotational Program

About the role

As a Technical Auditor at Bosch, you will join a three‑year international rotational program that provides a 360° view of Bosch’s diverse business units, including mobility, consumer goods, industrial technology and energy solutions. Based in Shanghai, you will work closely with global teams to ensure the highest standards of quality management across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct audits of processes, products and systems in line with Bosch’s quality management standards.
• Assess compliance with internal and external standards such as ISO and Bosch CD specifications.
• Identify improvement opportunities and support the implementation of corrective actions.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional and cross‑cultural teams to drive quality initiatives.
• Prepare clear audit reports and present findings to senior leadership.

Required profile

• Engineering degree or equivalent technical qualification.
• Professional experience as a quality engineer with solid understanding of quality management systems.
• Demonstrated ability to lead small teams or manage projects.
• Strong communication skills and confidence to interact with all organizational levels.
• Willingness to travel and work in a multicultural environment.

Required skills

• Familiarity with ISO quality standards and Bosch CD documentation.
