职位概况
负责变速箱标定计划的制定与执行，确保TCU（自动变速箱控制单元）在汽油机及混合动力车型中的性能符合研发质量和项目节点要求。
主要职责
- 制定并实施变速箱标定计划，满足工程目标和项目里程碑。
- 进行汽油机变速箱的驾驶性标定，解决换挡冲击、延迟、NVH等整车匹配问题。
- 管理各阶段标定数据，编制阶段性开发报告。
- 完成TCU功能测试，包括换挡逻辑、换挡点、换挡品质等核心参数的标定与优化，并负责高温、高海拔、高低温路测。
任职要求
- 5 年以上TCU（AMT/DCT/AT/CVT）标定测试经验。
- 至少参与过1个完整的混合动力车型（PHEV）系统开发或功能标定。
- 熟悉市场上复杂混动变速箱的功能策略。
- 具备一定的Matlab Simulink使用能力。
- 熟练使用Vector CANape、etas INCA等标定工具。
- 本科及以上学历，车辆控制或汽车工程相关专业。
