Talent Acquisition Partner

About the role

Airwallex is looking for a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Partner to own full‑cycle recruitment across key corporate functions such as Sales, Legal, Risk, Compliance, Finance, Operations, Strategy, and Marketing. You will partner directly with executives and hiring managers to attract top talent from junior to Director levels.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes: sourcing, interviewing, offer negotiation, and placement.
• Collaborate closely with senior leaders to understand hiring needs and develop tailored talent strategies.
• Utilize data and insights to drive recruitment decisions and improve hiring metrics.
• Maintain a high level of attention to detail while balancing speed and rigor in a fast‑paced environment.
• Provide a trusted partnership experience, including the ability to push back when necessary.
