System Solution Developer

About the role

The System Solution Developer will support the creation of new technology solutions, drive requirement engineering, and lead system architecture design and implementation for aerospace and industrial automation projects.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct technology studies, scouting Chinese local innovations, and improve Technology Readiness Level (TRL).
• Collaborate with project managers to translate product requirements into detailed solution design requirements.
• Develop high‑level architecture diagrams, module designs, use cases, and maintain the Architecture and Design (ARD) documentation for security compliance.
• Implement, test, integrate, and continuously deploy robust and secure system solutions.
• Produce technical requirement statements, design specifications, test reports, supplier evaluation reports, and feasibility studies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related engineering field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in software solution development or system architecture, preferably in aerospace or industrial automation.
• Proven experience across the full product lifecycle, including design, documentation for security/compliance, and deployment.
• Familiarity with model‑based system development; UML/SysML knowledge is a plus.
• Fluent in written and spoken Chinese and English.
