System Engineer – Infrastructure Services

About the role

We are looking for a System Engineer to provide expert technical support for our infrastructure services. The role involves troubleshooting complex issues, assisting with project implementation, and ensuring optimal performance of our systems.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver expert technical support for infrastructure services, handling complex incidents and inquiries.
• Assist in planning and executing infrastructure projects and initiatives.
• Continuously monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize infrastructure systems.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to improve efficiency and resolve technical challenges.
• Develop and maintain documentation such as incident reports and configuration details.
• Apply best practices and standards in service delivery.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• At least 5 years of relevant industry experience, including a minimum of 2 years in a similar role.
• Proven experience in infrastructure technology analysis and data‑driven problem solving.
• Continuous learner who stays current with industry trends and technologies.

Required skills

• Cisco CCNA certification.
• AWS Certified Solutions Architect certification.
• CompTIA Security+ certification.
