Supply Planner

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Supply Planner to join our Guangzhou team. In this hybrid position you will support the flow of products across affiliate markets, ensuring that customer demand is met while maintaining healthy inventory levels.

Key responsibilities

• Manage stock transfer orders and replenishment activities across multiple markets.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align supply with customer demand and delivery commitments.
• Identify and mitigate supply risks to guarantee business continuity.
• Optimize inventory levels and improve inventory health at distribution centres.
• Maintain planning‑related master data and support SAP process enhancements.
• Generate and analyse demand forecasts to guide supply planning decisions.
• Facilitate planning reviews and drive continuous improvement in forecast accuracy and operational performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of experience in supply chain, planning, logistics or a similar function.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with a data‑driven mindset.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Required skills

• Experience with SAP ERP systems.
• Knowledge of SAP IBP or other advanced planning tools.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
