About the role
We are looking for a motivated Supply Chain Specialist I to support our warehouse operations. The role involves handling incoming and outgoing goods, maintaining accurate inventory records, and ensuring a safe and efficient storage environment.
Key responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and record incoming shipments, checking for damage and invoice discrepancies.
- Sort, label, and store goods to maximize space utilization.
- Pick, pack, and dispatch orders based on written or verbal instructions.
- Enter and update stock information in the warehouse management system.
- Conduct regular stocktakes and respond to inventory inquiries.
- Perform routine clerical tasks such as completing receipt, transfer, delivery, and dispatch forms.
- Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely.
Required profile
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a warehouse or supply‑chain environment.
Required skills
- Forklift operation.
- Use of warehouse management or inventory software for data entry.
- Stocktaking and inventory record maintenance.
