Supply Chain Planning Manager – AI Data Center Infrastructure

About the role

The Supply Chain Planning Manager will develop and execute supply chain strategies for our AI data center infrastructure business, ensuring alignment between demand and supply while supporting rapid global growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive supply chain planning strategies for AI data center products.
• Collaborate with procurement, logistics, sales and other functions to align demand and supply.
• Manage inventory levels, optimize stock, and minimize costs.
• Identify and mitigate supply chain risks to maintain operational continuity.
• Analyze performance metrics and produce reports to drive continuous improvement.
• Maintain relationships with key suppliers and vendors to ensure quality and reliability.

Required profile

• 5‑8 years of experience in supply chain planning, preferably in EMS or related technology sectors.
• Proven expertise in demand forecasting, inventory management and logistics.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with a results‑oriented mindset.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, capable of interacting with senior global leadership.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel proficiency.
• Experience with supply chain management software.
