Supply Chain Coordinator – Logistics & Distribution

About the role

The Supply Chain Coordinator will manage daily logistics and distribution activities, ensuring timely delivery of customer orders while collaborating with 3PL providers and internal teams. This role supports warehouse operations, inventory accuracy, and transportation planning.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate daily logistics and distribution with 3PL partners to meet on‑time delivery targets.
• Track shipments, resolve delivery issues, delays, and handle customer complaints.
• Assist warehouse functions including receiving, inventory movements, order fulfillment, and returns.
• Maintain accurate inventory and logistics data in Oracle and other supply‑chain systems.
• Support inventory control activities such as cycle counts, stock reconciliations, and investigations.
• Arrange transportation and manage import/export and customs documentation when required.
• Collaborate with Customer Service, Sales, Finance, Quality, and Regulatory teams to ensure smooth order processing.
• Review logistics documentation and verify freight and 3PL invoices.
• Participate in audits, issue resolution, and other supply‑chain projects.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of experience in logistics, warehousing, supply‑chain or 3PL operations.
• Basic understanding of transportation, warehouse operations, inventory management and supply‑chain processes.
• Effective communication in both Chinese and English.
• Strong organizational, problem‑solving and attention‑to‑detail abilities.
