Supplier Quality Manager

About the role

The Supplier Quality Manager will lead the development and implementation of supplier quality standards for a medical device manufacturing organization. This role ensures that all suppliers meet industry regulations and company requirements while driving continuous improvement across the supply chain.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement supplier quality standards and processes.
• Conduct supplier audits to verify compliance with regulations and internal requirements.
• Collaborate with suppliers to address quality issues and promote continuous improvement.
• Monitor supplier performance, maintain quality metrics, and manage related documentation.
• Lead the resolution of quality‑related issues within the supply chain.
• Work closely with cross‑functional teams to align quality objectives with business goals.
• Ensure health and safety standards are upheld in supplier operations.

Required profile

• Engineering or manufacturing background, preferably in the life‑science or medical‑device sector.
• In‑depth knowledge of quality management systems and supplier audit processes.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and effective communication with internal teams and external suppliers.
• Familiarity with relevant industry regulations and standards.

What we offer
