Strategy Lead

About the role

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Strategy Lead to drive high‑level implementation and milestone tracking of departmental strategic planning goals. The role collaborates with business and functional leaders to ensure global stakeholder communication and successful execution of strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Formulate and track implementation milestones for strategic planning goals, partnering with relevant leaders.
• Evaluate cross‑functional resources and engage stakeholders to advance global and regional strategic projects.
• Facilitate collaboration with commercial departments to create comprehensive strategic solutions meeting customer needs.
• Drive analysis of key performance measures, goals, and project plans for team actions and milestones.
• Ensure departmental procedures comply with regulatory, safety, and quality requirements.
• Coordinate staff meetings to review project status and deliverables, ensuring milestones are met.
• Mentor junior colleagues and provide functional (matrix) supervision.
• Integrate Johnson & Johnson’s Credo and Leadership Imperatives into team goals and decisions.
