About the role

Abercrombie & Fitch is recruiting a Store Reserve Manager (MIT) for its Tianjin Great Wall City store. MIT is a 90-day combined learning programme covering store operations, business management, customer experience, floor supervision and talent management. It includes classroom training, on-the-job learning and coaching by a direct supervisor, with reviews at days 30, 60 and 90. Successful completion leads to promotion to reserve store manager.

Key responsibilities

• Optimise customer experience and drive sales
• Manage omni-channel order fulfilment
• Oversee store presentation and sales floor supervision
• Run store and stockroom operations
• Handle staffing, scheduling and payroll
• Train and develop staff
• Protect company assets

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or higher
• Fluent English
• Interest in fashion
