About the role

Abercrombie & Fitch's Manager in Training (MIT) program is a 90-day blended-learning program focused on the core skills needed to run a multi-million-dollar business. It combines support training, on-the-job learning and coaching from a supervisor on store operations, business management, customer experience, floor supervision and talent management. Completion leads to the Assistant Manager role, which covers staffing, hiring and training, business analysis, visual merchandising, competitor analysis and HR management.
