About the role

Abercrombie & Fitch is recruiting a Manager in Training (MIT) for its Beijing Blue Harbor store. The MIT program is a 90-day blended-learning path covering store operations, business management, customer experience, floor supervision and talent management, with regular progress checks at 30, 60 and 90 days. Completion leads to the Assistant Manager role, which covers staffing, hiring and training, business analysis, visual merchandising, competitor analysis and HR management.
