About the role
Abercrombie & Fitch is hiring a brand representative (store associate) for its store at Kunming Shuncheng Shopping Centre. The role brings customers into the store experience through warm, genuine interaction and helps create an inclusive environment.
Key responsibilities
- Customer service: provide enthusiastic, attentive service and product recommendations.
- Store upkeep: help restock goods and make sure display standards are met.
- Checkout: handle cash register operations and online orders efficiently.
Required profile
- Fluent Chinese.
- Ability to create a warm, inclusive customer experience.
- Adaptable to a fast pace while balancing customer service and daily tasks.
