Sr. Accountant (Finance & Accounting)

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Accountant to strengthen internal control, manage risk, and support both internal and external audit processes within a manufacturing joint‑venture environment. The role will ensure accurate monthly closings, prepare management reports, and continuously improve finance processes.

Key responsibilities

• Strengthen internal control and risk management frameworks.
• Coordinate and prepare internal audits such as product line performance, labor hour, and productivity audits.
• Support external audits including statutory, transfer‑pricing, and R&D super‑deduction audits.
• Monitor monthly financial closing, reviewing balance‑sheet and P&L accounts.
• Prepare management reporting – actuals, forecasts, budgets, and cost control.
• Optimize finance working processes and handle ad‑hoc tasks assigned by management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Financial Accounting (intermediate accountant qualification required).
• Professional certifications such as CPA, CMA, or ACCA are a plus.
• Minimum 4 years of accounting experience, preferably in manufacturing within a joint‑venture.
• Strong knowledge of international accounting and auditing standards.
• Good command of English (both oral and written) and CET‑6 preferred.
• Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and ability to work well in a team.

Required skills

• ERP financial systems – QAD preferred.
• Microsoft Office suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
