Job description
职位概况
负责SOP后供应商质量管理和索赔处理，确保生产连续性，推动跨部门问题解决，提升质量水平。
主要职责
- 管理SOP后零件的质量索赔，与供应商协作解决问题。
- 制定并执行短期交付方案，保障生产与客户交付。
- 运用质量方法主导跨部门质量讨论，推动可持续改进。
- 争取因供应商偏差导致的质量费用赔偿。
- 制定零件进货检验策略，确保质量一致性。
- 监控关键质量指标，必要时发起内部升级。
- 总结经验教训，应用于新项目并落实预防措施。
任职要求
- 理工科本科及以上学历。
- 3年以上汽车行业质量管理或供应商质量工作经验。
- 熟悉质量核心工具和技术图纸、形位公差。
必备技能
- 结构化问题解决方法。
- 质量核心工具。
- 工程识图。
- 形位公差知识。
