Software Test Supervisor

About the role

We are looking for a Software Test Supervisor to lead the testing activities for automotive embedded software. The role combines hands‑on test execution with team leadership, ensuring high‑quality releases and continuous improvement of test processes.

Key responsibilities

• Master the software test process and its elements, aligning with the overall development lifecycle.
• Design, program, maintain and execute test case scripts based on software requirements.
• Conduct hardware‑in‑the‑loop (HIL) and other bench testing, evaluate results and document findings.
• Maintain test facilities, version‑control repositories, defect‑tracking and documentation systems.
• Develop custom test tools and scripts to meet specific testing needs.
• Recruit, train and set targets for the test team, conduct performance reviews and provide coaching.
• Coordinate with local and global teams, escalating issues when necessary.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or Software Engineering.
• At least 10 years of experience in automotive software testing, preferably with embedded systems.
• Strong English communication skills, both spoken and written.
• Proven ability to lead and develop a technical team.
