Site Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Site Coordinator to join Exos and oversee daily operations of our fitness center. The role blends client‑focused coaching with operational management, ensuring a safe, engaging environment that drives member success.

Key responsibilities

• Instruct, motivate and assist clients in achieving fitness goals while adhering to legal, ethical, and safety standards.
• Conduct on‑site health assessments using Exos proprietary evaluation protocols and update training plans as needed.
• Maintain ongoing communication with clients to monitor progress and adjust programs.
• Partner with employers to organize engagement activities such as lunch‑and‑learns, fairs, and campus events.
• Deliver Exos methodology through education programs and support staff training.
• Report operational metrics including attendance, engagement, outreach, and activity levels.
• Contribute to event strategy (up to 25% of time) from concept through execution and post‑event follow‑up.
• Travel to client sites or events as required.

Required profile

• Minimum two years of coaching experience or completion of an Exos Performance Internship.
• Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology, Sports Science or related field; Master’s preferred.
• Current industry certification (e.g., NSCA‑CSCS or NASM) and CPR/AED & First Aid certification.
• Proven ability to lead group exercise classes and build lasting client relationships.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with an outgoing personality.
